We came in with a large group, and Destiny provided excellent service from start to finish, with Ty just helping out as needed. She was friendly and attentive, and together they handled our group with ease, making sure everyone had what we needed. Even with so many of us, they stayed positive and made our experience enjoyable. Thank you, Destiny and Ty, for the great service!

Caleb was hands down the best bartender! From the moment we sat down, he was welcoming, attentive, and made the entire experience so much fun. He was knowledgeable about the drinks, gave great recommendations, and kept everything running smoothly even when it was busy. His positive attitude and exceptional customer service really stood out. If you’re lucky enough to have Caleb as your bartender, you’re in for a great experience. We’ll definitely be back because of him!

My waitress was terrible bad & poor attentive I was asking for tabasco sauce & after 15 minutes of wait I have to go to the entrance of the kitchen & ask someone to give me that Tabasco sauce for a Ribeye that ordered, she never come with it & after she notices what I did she just ignore my table I dind asked anymore if I need to refill my cup of coke zero, she practically ignore my table, expensive prices for what they are capable of be nice & attentive! I left the place very mad & disappointed of my first-time in Kona Grill! More than a hundred dollars for 2 persons.

We visited the restaurant on Mother’s Day. They had a mother’s special menu on which we ordered meatloaf and jambalaya. Both were delicious! Sushi was not impressive! Kids menu is available and my son loved the cheese pizza. I love the drinks and the servers were super friendly and thoughtful.

This was our first time eating at Kona Grill while celebrating Mother’s Day with my husband. I didn’t realize it was a large chain restaurant — otherwise, we probably would have chosen somewhere else. That said, the restaurant itself was very nice, spacious, and clean. Most of the staff were friendly, although I could probably do without being called “honey” by someone 50 years younger than me it may be a Texas thing?😏 We ordered the honey crunch spicy shrimp, California roll, and Picasso roll. The shrimp appetizer was decent, but not very spicy, and the citrus flavor was a little overpowering. As for the sushi rolls, they tasted somewhat manufactured and bland overall, except for the spicy roll, which had much better flavor and an actual kick to it.
